You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Bullkelp—both new and sale items. We ask that returns for fit or color be made in the first 30 days after purchase and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.

As a reminder, anything used or slept in can not be returned for a refund or exchange. To begin the online return process, please email your information to info@bullkelp.com (please include your order number).

Things to note - The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

All unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return all items. If you are not satisfied with the product at the time you receive it, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to Bullkelp and we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund your unsatisfactory product/s.
